Wolanyo “Woody” Agudu has leveraged a distinguished career in telecom engineering into the growing services and software business known as Eneri. Throughout his career he has helped to build some of the world’s most technologically advanced networks, honing his expertise in CDMA wireless technology, optical switching and transport, SONET, RF, TCP/IP and cell and packet Layer 2 and Layer 3 routing and switching.
Mr. Agudu originally founded Eneri – USA in 1997, and built the company gradually in his spare time until it became a self-sustaining business in 1999. During that incubation time, Mr. Agudu worked in technical sales for Network Access Solutions, where he designed and sold custom data network applications for his customers. Prior to NAS, he worked for XO Communications as an engineering manager, setting direction and strategy, and commanding $10M+ engineering budget. He also earned awards for significant contributions to EBITDA by playing a key role in conceiving, designing and implementing XO’s first ever DWDM long-haul optical network. Before joining XO, Mr. Agudu served as an integral member of Sprint PCS’s Engineering and Operations team that launched the nation’s first ever CDMA wireless network. His team orchestrated construction of the transport segment of Sprint PCS’s CDMA network in Philadelphia, New Jersey and Delaware.
Mr. Agudu graduated from Drexel University’s Electrical and Computer Engineering program. Mr. Agudu is a Senior Member of the Institute for Electrical & Electronic Engineers (IEEE). He is actively involved in Drexel’s Philadelphia Alumni association and is a member of the Big Brothers /Big Sisters chapter in greater Philadelphia.
Phil Green

Phil L. Green, Sr., brings extensive telecommunications experience to Eneri Visions. Prior to co-founding Eneri Visions, Mr. Green was President/CEO of Visions Telecom, Inc a privately owned firm that he established in Georgia May 2002. Visions telecom specializes in the maintenance of network infrastructure solutions of telecommunications wire line and wireless carriers. AT&T, XO Communications, Verizon Wireless and Level 3 have entrusted Visions Telecom to perform Switch Network Core Expansions, Migrations (re-homes) and Software/Hardware Upgrades at some of their most critical and visible sites in the US. As a result of Phil’s good relationship with key US operators, Visions Telecom was selected by AT&T as a Protégé in the current Georgia Mentor Protégé Program which is administered by the Georgia Dept of Economics Development. He was also sponsored by AT&T to attend Tuck’s Minority Business Executive Program in 2008. Mr. Green continues to be active with Visions Telecom.
Mr. Green began his telecom career with Sprint Corporation as a Network Transmission Specialist responsible for the surveillance and trouble management of the US Eastern Region Fiber Optic Network. After several years with Sprint, Mr. Green joined Tellabs Corporation as a Field Service Engineer responsible for acceptance testing and provisioning of Tellabs Digital Cross-Connect Systems around the country. He later moved into system sales engineering where he oversaw the entire AT&T South (formerly BellSouth) account. In that role he worked closely with AT&T’s technology lab to facilitate major cost saving deals on mission critical Tellabs lab products. In addition, Mr. Green also designed and implemented AT&T’s new hire training curriculum for Tellabs DCS.
Mr. Green received his education from Nashville State Technical College.
